These terms apply to organizations that WORTHLESS has granted an Asistente de Compras account, unless a separate written agreement applies.

No hay registro público. La organización debe autorizar a sus usuarios, locales, computadoras y carpetas, mantener sus credenciales seguras y asegurar que tiene derecho a procesar los datos que utiliza. You may not share access outside the granted organization or attempt to cross another tenant or location boundary.
Alcance del producto / Product boundary
Asistente de Compras organiza evidencia, ejecuta cálculos deterministas, muestra oportunidades y prepara borradores. It is decision-support software, not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice. A person must review the exact order version and approve it; the ChatGPT plugin cannot write quantities, approve, send to suppliers, or destructively delete business data.
Carpeta local / Local folder
La organización es responsable de seleccionar una carpeta permitida, conservar copias de seguridad de sus documentos y revisar pendientes por datos ambiguos o incompatibles. Uninstalling the app does not delete the business folder, and WORTHLESS is not a substitute for the organization's backup process.
Uso aceptable / Acceptable use
No debes intentar eludir límites de acceso, extraer secretos, interferir con el servicio, subir contenido ilegal o malicioso, ni usar resultados sin la revisión humana apropiada. WORTHLESS may suspend or revoke access to protect customers, the service, or applicable obligations.
Disponibilidad y cambios / Availability and changes
El servicio puede cambiar, requerir actualizaciones o sufrir interrupciones. We aim to preserve auditability and data boundaries, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every document format will be supported. Unsupported or ambiguous input is presented for review.
Responsabilidad / Responsibility
La organización conserva la responsabilidad por sus decisiones de compra, proveedores, precios, impuestos, inventario y órdenes aprobadas. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WORTHLESS is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made without the required review. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by these terms.
